In order to pay for current and future legal expenses to enforce the Rickert Finlay Covenant, if possible, we are asking members to please INCLUDE A DONATION to the Legal and Reserve Fund in the suggested amount of $50. THE ASSOCIATION NEEDS YOUR CONTINUED FINANCIAL SUPPORT TODAY!
Defending the Rickert Finlay Covenant maintains all our property values. Our Association has WON every legal suit to uphold the Rickert Finlay Covenant. The Broadway-Flushing Homeowners’ Association exists to uphold the Rickert Finlay Covenant. The enforceability of the Covenant is at stake. We need your MEMBERSHIP DUES AND A GENEROUS DONATION to defend it.
