The attached letter to Senators Schumer and Gillibrand is in support or position on a change to the DNL threshold from 65 to 55 DNL.
The letter is a tribute to the tenaciously and dedication of two of our most responsive and effective elected officials, Assembly members Ed Ra and Ed Braunstein. Getting signatures during the budget session is a major achievement.
