Little Bay Parking Lot Ribbon Cutting: Friday, May 29th at 12PM Noon

Dear Community:

That special day is almost here. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Little Bay Parking Lot will take place on Friday, May 29th at 12 noon. (Please see the attached invitation).

The Bay Terrace Community Alliance (BTCA), the driving force behind this project, takes great pride in its completion. There are countless individuals and groups to thank with special recognition going to Phil Konigsberg who stood shoulder to shoulder with me from day one.

I want to thank the many elected officials, government agencies and community groups for their support: Borough President Melinda Katz, State Senator Tony Avella, State Senator Toby Stavisky, State Senator Frank Padavan, State Assemblyman Ed Braunstein, Council Member Paul Vallone, Community Board 7, Queens Civic Congress and Friends of Fort Totten Parks.

A special thank you goes to Queens Parks Commissioner Dorothy Lewandowski and her dedicated staff.

I look forward to seeing everyone for what should be a wonderful day in the neighborhood.

Sincerely,

Warren Schreiber
